CYANVIEW CY-LIC-RIO-WAN
Standing license for CY-RIO (including) to control 2 Ethernet or WiFi cameras
The Cyanview RIO is the most compact and versatile camera interface of the ecosystem, designed to be mounted directly onto the camera, the gimbal or the rig and to carry Cyanview control to where a conventional wiring installation does not arrive. One same RIO is able to dialogue with the camera through virtually any protocol —USB, series (RS-232/RS-422), LANC, or the manufacturer's native control connector — and translate it into the unified language of Cyanview, so that from the RCP you access the electronic, optical and mechanical control of the camera exactly as with any other model of the system.
This reference includes the CY-RIO hardware unit along with its CY-LIC-RIO-LAN permanent license, which enables control of up to 2 cameras over local network, either by Ethernet or by WiFi. In WiFi mode, the RIO creates or joins a local network by means of a compatible USB WiFi dongle (not included), which allows you to remove the wiring between the camera and the rest of the production by maintaining all the functionality: tally, iris control, zoom, focus, shading and menu settings according to what supports each camera.
It is the ideal choice for local facilities where mobility is sought — crane cameras, in steadicam, in gimbal or in hard cabling positions — without leaving the production network environment. Note: the RIO is powered by D-TAP or with a power supply of 12 V CY-PWR-1A-21 (not included); no PoE feed. The dongle USB WiFi for wireless mode is also not included.
