SmallRig cage kit for Sony FX6 with VLock adapter. Suitable for vertical recording.
The side plate incorporates a support for an optional upper handle, which improves stability in low-rise vertical sockets and facilitates the transport of the equipment. An included adapter allows repositioning the original side handle of the camera for vertical use, keeping its touch controls. For long-lasting recordings, the kit includes a battery plate with mount V and a power cable, allowing uninterrupted power supply with batteries compatible with mount V.
The cage incorporates multiple assembly points, including 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes, 1/4"-20 location holes, 3/8"-16 ARRI location holes and a "HawkLock" NATO fast-release rail. This allows the direct fixing of a wide range of accessories such as side handles, monitor supports, tripods, articulated arms and upper handles. It also has an integrated cold shoe for mounting microphones or lights, and a Allen key integrated at the bottom to facilitate assembly and disassembly.
